1/2 pound cherry_tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella
2 anchovy_filets
Fresh basil leafs
1/4 cup extra_virgin_olive_oil
Sea_salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste | | Directions | | Step: 1 | Chop tomatoes, mozzarella, anchovies and basil leafs and put in a serving bowl. Add the oil, salt and pepper. Stir well and let sit for about two hours. | | Step: 2 | Bring 6 quarts (5 1/2 L) water and 2 tablespoons coarse salt to a boil. Boil the pasta until al dente, according to package. Drain and cool with plenty of cold water to stop the cooking process . | | Step: 3 | Drain again, and put into the serving bowl with the other ingredients. Toss well and serve. |
