Introduction

I recently discovered a hot sauce that I love! It's heat with lots of flavor.
Iguana Gold Habanero Pepper Sauce.
I wanted to use it in a recipe and created this sauce. It's so good as a grilling sauce on chicken.I want to try it on roast rack of lamb next. The sauce is not too sweet with a nice fruity undertone. This would also be a good dip for egg rolls or fried shrimp.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 tsp sea_salt
1/8 tsp ground_turmeric
1Tbsp Creole_mustard
1/2 tsp white_pepper
1/2 cup honey
2 tsps crushed_ginger
2 Tbsps (or to taste) Iguana Gold Habanero Sauce.

Directions
Step: 1

In a small saucepan combine honey, pineapple juice, ginger, turmeric, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer until reduced and slightly thick, stirring often. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add  Igauna Sauce and mix well.
