Introduction
My daughter Erica and I love coleslaw. It has a great nutritional punch also because the cabbage isn't cooked. Depending on my mood I add diced red apple, nuts and pineapple tid bits.
Ingredients

1 package cole slaw blend (Available in the produce section)Or :
4 cups finely shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot

Some nice optional additions-1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained-or-mandarin orange sections-or- i peeled and diced apple.

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise .
2 tablespoons sugar or honey (or to taste)
Pinch sea salt .
1 teaspoon celery seed.
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.

Directions
Step: 1

Place slaw mixture in a large mixing bowl.

Combine all dressing ingredients in a glass bowl and stir well. Pour enough dressing over the cabbage mixture to lightly coat. Don't use to much dressing because the cabbage will loose some moisture and you will end up with soggy coleslaw.
