Tuna Stuffed Eggs

Introduction
This is another easy recipe for a  very nice appetizer, or a light second course after, for example, a  pasta dish.
Ingredients
6 boiled eggs
1 (6 oz) can tuna in olive_oil
6 oz mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon anchovies_paste
6 large salt packed capers , rinsed or 1/2 tsp non pariel capers
Fresh parsley
Fresh ground pink_peppercorns
Directions
Step: 1Cut the eggs in half lenghwise. With a spoon, scoop out the yolks and put in the mixer along with the tuna, anchivies paste, capers, mayonnaise and pepper. Blend until you get a soft cream. about 3 minutes. Put the cream in a pastry bag and fill the empty whites. Garnish with parsley leafs and grains of pink pepper.
