Crisp Crusted Catfish

1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2 Combine the dressing and egg whites in one dish
  Stir them well with a whisk. Combine the other ingredients
  in another bowl. Dip the fish in then egg/dressing mixture,
  and dredge them in the cornmeal mixture.

3.Place fish on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
  Cook the fish 12 minutes on one side, and turn the fish and
  cook the other side for 12 minutes

4. Spray with lemon and serve (lemon optional)
