Introduction
This is a wonderful sauce to dress up plain pound cake or ice cream. For a really decadent breakfast, warm it up to top waffels.You can also seal in sterilized canning jars and give for gifts.
Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light Karo Syrup
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions
Step: 1Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Add brown  sugar and cream. Cook, stirring constantly until thick (mixture should coat a metal spoon)about 10 minutes at a medium boil. Add Karo Syrup, vanilla and pecans and mix well.
Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
