Introduction

A nice dessert with an oriental flair and a mediterranean flavour.
The lemon juice adds a nice contrast to the sweetness of bananas, as the orange juice does with the apricots.

Ingredients
2 bananas
6 dried apricots
juice of one lemon
juice of one orange
3 tblsp granulated_sugar
1/2 tsp ground_cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground_ginger
pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
pinch of ground_cloves
Directions
Step: 1Peel and cut each banana in half.
In a bowl, mix sugar with the spices.
Soak bananas in the lemon juice, and dredge in the sugar.
Place each piece of banana on a square sheet of parchment paper and fold to make a little pouch.
Bake in the oven, at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, soak apricots in hot water until soft, drain, and put in a food processor with the orange juice. Blend until you get a medium thin sauce.
Spoon sauce on a dish, put  bananas in the center, and garnish with a veil of confectioners' sugar.
