Introduction
	My good friend Jim loves these cookies….and will eat them as fast as I can bake them!
Ingredients
	2 1/4 cups unsifted flour 1 tsp baking_soda 1/2 tsp salt 11/2 cups softened butter ( 1 cup granulated_sugar 1 cup firmly packed dark brown_sugar 2 tsp vanilla_extract 2 large eggs 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans or for a real treat, macadamia nuts (optional) 1 cup semi sweet chocolate_chips 1 cup milk chocolate_chips 1/2 cup toffee bits
Directions
Step: 1	Sift flour with baking soda and salt, set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. (About 4 minutes) Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time on medium speed until well incorporated. Stir in flour mixture, nuts,chips and toffee bits.
Step: 2	Drop by spoon fulls on greased baking pans and bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes.
