4 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp curry_powder
1/2 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 Tbsp minced parsley
2 cups bechamel sauce
Salt and white pepper
Butter to grease a baking pan | | Directions | | Step: 1 | Peel eggs, cut in half lenghtwise and scoop out the yolks. In a bowl, mix togheter the yolks, onion, parsley, curry powder,mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill the whites with the mixture and let sit in the fridge for several hours (better overnight). Grease a baking pan with butter, add eggs and cover with the bechamel sauce. Bake for half hour at 375°F Garnish with some parsley leafs, freshly ground pepper or a pinch of nutmeg according to your taste. |
