Introduction
	This is one of the more popular Mardi Gras drinks.Be careful because they can sneak up on you fast!
Ingredients
	1 oz. light rum 1 oz. dark rum ¼ cup passion fruit juice (good quality fruit punch can also be used, or tropical juice blends) Juice of 1/2 lime 1 tsp superfine sugar , or to taste Maraschino cherries and orange slices for garnish Plastic picks Little paper umbrella's:optional
Directions
Step: 1	Pour all ingredients except ice in shaker. Shake or stir vigorously to dissolve sugar. Add ice cubes, shake well, and strain mixture into a hurricane glass. Thread a cherry and an orange slice on a pick for garnish.
