Introduction
This marmalade is very easy for those of you that are experienced canners. For the first time canner don't be afraid!
Ingredients

2 lbs Seville (bitter) oranges, quartered and seeded
1 lemon , quartered and seeded
10 cups water
8 cups granulated_sugar

Special equipment: Water bath canner, canning funnel, metal ladle.

Directions
Step: 1

Wash 13 1/2 pint jars , rings and lids in hot soapy water or in a dishwasher. Keep hot until ready to fill.In a food processor or blender, process oranges and lemon with 1/2 cup of the water until finely chopped.
In a large heavy bottomed pot bring remaining water and fruit to a boil.and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, add the sugar and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Increase heat and boil rapidly 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture reaches 221F (105C). Remove marmalade from heat and allow to stand for ten minutes.
Stir marmalade and ladle into hot jars one at a time to within 1/2 inch of the rim.Wipe the rims with a wet towel and place lid and ring on tightly. Place jars in a water bath canner and process
for 10 minutes. Remove the processed jars to a towel lined tray to cool and seal. A loud pop should be heard as lids complete the vacuum seal.Any jars that do not seal must be stored in the refrigerator.
