Nice as appetizer, with a glass of Martini Bianco  and Parmigiano Reggiano chunks...
Ingredients

1 pkg yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk
1 tsp sugar
6 tsp olive oil
3 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup green olives
1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tsp water

 

Directions
Step: 1

Sprinkle yeast over water in a large bowl. Let stand until soft.
Add milk, sugar, salt and 4 tsp of olive oil. Add flour slowly. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead for 15 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise in warm place until doubled.

Step: 2Punch dough down and turn out onto a lightly floured work surface.Pat  dough into a circle and sprinkle with olives, then shape into a ball. Place on a greased baking dish.
Brush with 2 tsp of oil. Let rise for 30 minutes and brush with egg yolk.
Bake at 375F about 30 minutes.
