Toasties

Guido made these for dinner one night on my last visit to Italy. Such a simple thing but so different than the regular toasted cheese sandwiches we know in the states.Guido cooked these on a pannini grill, but as a subsitute 2 heavy fry pans will work. 8 slices very firm textured white bread, thin sliced works best
4 slices prosciutto cotto (Cooked italian ham)
4 slices Kraft Guyer or Swiss slices (ok it's processed cheese food)
