If you like italian cheeses you will love this one. | | Ingredients | | 1 pound package Rigatoni Pasta (400 g ) 1/4 Cup Butter (100 g )1/2 cup Cream (1 glass) 3/4 Cup grated parmesan or grana padano cheese (100 g) 3/4 Cup Taleggio cheese, cut in small cubes (100 g ) 3/4 Cup Fontina cheese, grated (100 g) 3/4 Cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (100 g) Salt and pepper to taste
Grate extra parmesan or grana to sprinkle on top.
Note, Grana cheese is very similiar to parmesan but a bit more mild. | | Directions | | Step: 1 | Put cheeses in a big pot with butter, salt and pepper. Cook on a low flame and mix well. When cheeses are melted add the cream. Cook rigatoni in abundant salted water. Drain pasta and add to the pot with the cheese, mix over medium heat for 1 or 2 min. Sprinkle with remaining grana. serve immediately. |
