Green Tea Shrimp

Introduction
This is a nice way to serve shrimp. 
Originally from Thailand, now you can find it in any good asian restaurant. 
Fresh shrimp are mandatory for this dish.
Ingredients
1 pound fresh (not previously frozen) jumbo shrimp
1 cup hot water
1 Tbs of packed green tea leaves.
2 Tbs Sesame oil
1 Tbs Sakè
1 Tbs Curry_powder
Directions
Step: 1Put the tea leaves in the hot water and let infuse for 15 minutes
Heat the oil in a heavy skilltet, and when it start smoking add shrimps, curry, sakè and cook over high heat for about 1 minute
Add the green tea (with the leaves) and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more.
Remove shrimp  from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside on a warm serving plate.
Continue cooking the sauce on high heat until reduced by half.
Strain sauce through a fine mesh strainer. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and serve immediatly.
