Introduction
	These are sweet but nice with a glass of red wine.
Ingredients
	3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking_powder 3 tablespoons granulated_sugar 1 cup dry red wine 1/2 cup vegetable_oil 1/3 cup granulated_sugar for rolling
Directions
Step: 1	Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step: 2	In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder and sugar. Add the wine and oil. Mix with a large fork and then with your hands.
Step: 3	Using hands, pinch a small amount of dough and roll into a ball no bigger than 2 inches in diameter. Roll the balls of dough in extra sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets, or use a silipat baking mat.
Step: 4	Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes or until slightly brown. After cookies cool they should be hard and crisp.
