Introduction
I saw on the forum that Kate wanted to find a white pizza recipe for Guido. I had a look around and found this.
Ingredients
1 Recipe Pizza Dough or 1 recipe basic bread dough
1 Teaspoon Fresh chopped Basil or
 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil
 1Teaspoon Dried Oregano
 6 cloves_garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
 1/4 cup Olive_oil
 2 cup Shredded mozzarella_cheese -about 8 oz.
16 Thin slices fontina cheese ,about 8 oz.
 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
 1 Teaspoon Oregano
Directions
Step: 1In a small mixing bowl combine basil, oregano, garlic, olive oil, and pepper.  Mix together well and allow to stand for flavors to blend.
Step: 2Preheat oven to 500'F.  Prepare pizza dough and form circular crust on
a baking stone, as for normal pizza, except form a higher outside edge on
the crust.
Step: 3Spread oil, garlic and spices mixture evenly over pizza crust.  Then
layer mozzarella cheese evenly over crust and finally top with fontina
cheese.  Sprinkle parmesan over top.  Dust lightly with a pinch of oregano.
Step: 4Bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown around edges, 12 to 15
minutes.

This is more a 4 cheeses pizza.
White pizza in italy is just pizza dough sprinkled with olive oil and topped with some rosemary.
It's thicker than normal, so you can stuff it.
In Rome, the most common is Pizza con la Mortazza, where mortazza is slang for mortadella.
