Introduction
	This recipe is by my sweet Georgia Peach friend "JM" aka Shylady.These are so good, a nice treat with afternoon tea or coffee.
Ingredients
	4 egg whites 1/2 tsp vanilla_extract 1 cup granulated_sugar 1 cup semi sweet chocolate_chips
Directions
Step: 1	Beat Egg whites with an electric beater till stiff but not dry; then gradually add 2/3 cup of the sugar while continuing to beat. Add vanilla, then fold in the remaining 1/3 cup of sugar and the chocolate chips.
Step: 2	Take teaspoonfuls and shape in small mounds on cookie sheet covered with plain (paper bag cut to fit) or parchment paper. Bake in a slow oven at 250 degrees for 30-35 minutes.. Let cool completely before removing with a spatula. Store in an air tight container.
