Chocolate Ice Cream Bites

Line a baking tray with clingfilm (plastic wrap)

Using a melon baller or cookie dough scoop, scoop out balls of ice cream and place them on the prepared baking tray. Alternatively, cut the ice cream into bite sized cubes. Stick a cocktail stick or small lolly pop stick in each piece and return to the freezer until very hard.
