Introduction
	Chocolate and ice cream! Great for kids.
Ingredients
	600 ml (about 1/2 quart) good quality ice cream 200g (7 ounces) dark chocolate 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
Step: 1	Line a baking tray with clingfilm (plastic wrap) Using a melon baller or cookie dough scoop, scoop out balls of ice cream and place them on the prepared baking tray. Alternatively, cut the ice cream into bite sized cubes. Stick a cocktail stick or small lolly pop stick in each piece and return to the freezer until very hard.
Step: 2	Place the chocolate and butter into a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water unil melted. Quickly dip the frozen ice cream balls into the warm chocolate and return to the freezer. Keep them there until ready to serve.
