Introduction
There's a weird man who lives in the flat next door to me, he's nice though, just a bit strange! He has lizards in his flat and takes his pet Iguana out for a walk on a lead, the kind of bloke you wouldn't expect to know how to cook! He took delivery of my Paula Deen cookbook for me while I was at work, and when he realised I love cooking and baking, he shared this recipe with me. Its as weird as him! I dont know where he got the recipe from, but its measured in cups, so must have American or Australian origin. Its nice, and sweet, very warming which is a must this time of year.
Ingredients
2 cups brown_sugar
4 cups water
4 tbsp margerine
1 cup granulated_sugar
1/2 cup margerine
2 cups all_purpose_flour
2 tsp baking_powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
Directions
Step: 1Preheat oven to 350F (175 C). In a large saucepan stir together brown sugar, water and 4 tbsp margarine, bring to a boil over a medium heat.
Step: 2Meanwhile, cream together white sugar and 1/2 cup margarine in a large bowl, using an electric mixer. In a  separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Blend flour mixture into butter mixture alternatively with milk until smooth
Step: 3Pour boiling brown sugar mixture into 9x13 inch baking dish and drop flour mixture by spoonfuls into the liquid mixture.
Step: 4Bake 20-25 minutes or until set.
