Lobster in Grapefruit and Martini sauce

Introduction
An exotic way to cook  lobster. Citrus and Martini  will give a boost to the lobster flavour.
Ingredients
2 lobsters of about 2 lbs each.
2 grapefruit about 1/2 lb each
Juice of half lemon
1/4 cup Martini & Rossi dry or any other dry white vermouth
2 Tbsp Brandy or Cognac
2 Tbs Butter
Minced flat _leaf_parsley to taste
Salt and Black_pepper to taste
Directions
Step: 1Cook lobster in plenty of lighty salted water for 5 - 6 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
Step: 2Peel the grapefruits and divide in 16 wedges.
Set aside and save any  juice from the grapefruit.
In a heavy saucepan,   cook Martini, Brandy and lemon juice until reduced by half. Add grapefruit juice and butter  and bring to a boil  until sauce thickens slightly.
Step: 3Cut lobsters in half, remove the meat and arrange  in a serving dish.
Pour sauce over lobsters.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with graperuits wedges and  minced parsley. Let the dish sit for 10 minutes for the sauce to soak into the lobster meat, then serve.
