Introduction
This sauce is traditionally served in England with roasted lamb.
Mint sauce also makes an excellent condiment to use with lamb or pork chops, and  over new potatoes and peas.
Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 cup cider or malt  vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated_sugar
Directions
Step: 1Rinse  mint leaves, strip from the stems and mince.
You can use a blender, adding a tablespoon of the vinegar.
In a small saucepan, bring vinegar to a simmer, add sugar, and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
Let cool and store in bottle with an airtight cap.
