Introduction
This sauce is traditionally served in England with roasted lamb.
Mint sauce also makes an excellent condiment to use with roast chicken or pork chops.
Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 cup cider_vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated_sugar
Directions
Step: 1Rinse  mint leaves, strip from the stems and mince.
You can use a blender, adding a tablespoon of the vinegar and pulsing briefly (you don't want a paste)
Step: 2In a small saucepan, bring vinegar to a simmer, add sugar, and cook over low to medium low heat for about 20-25 minutes.
Let the vinegar mixture cool to lukewarm before adding the mint leaves. Store the sauce in a glass bottle or jar with a tight fitting cap in the refrigerator for up to a month.
