Introduction
Brussel sprouts have gotten a bad rap over the years. But when they are properly cooked, they are delicious. These sprouts cook up tangy and crisp tender. Perfect along side that Thanksgiving turkey!
Ingredients

2 pounds fresh brussel_sprouts
1/2 cup extra_virgin_olive_oil
1/2 tsp sea_salt
1 Tbsp soy_sauce
4 or 5 grinds fresh_black_pepper
1/4 cup red_wine_vinegar
1 Tbsp granulated_sugar

Directions
Step: 1Wash and trim sprouts and cut in half.
Step: 2Combine remaining ingredients in a glass bowl and wisk well to combine.
Step: 3

Place sprouts and marinade in a gallon sized zip lock baggie and turn to coat.
Place in the fridge at least 1 hour.

Step: 4

Pour the sprouts into a collander (place a bowl under to catch the marinade if desired). Spread sprouts out on an oiled baking sheet. Place in a 425F pre heated oven and cook, stirring once for 25 minutes or until crisp tender.
When sprouts are done, move to a warm bowl and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
