Introduction
This jam looks really pretty and festive. Just right for this time of year!

2 Cups Mashed Bananas
7 Cups Granulated_Sugar
6 Fluid Ounces Liquid_Pectin (Certo)
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Directions
Step: 1In a large saucepan over medium heat combine cranberries and water. Bring to a boil and  simmer for 10 minutes.
Step: 2Stir in mashed banana and sugar. Increase heat to medium high and boil hard for 1 minute.
Step: 3Stir in pectin and lemon juice (if the jam starts to froth also add a teaspoon of butter margarine or vegetable oil )
Remove from the heat and skim ny foam that remains.
Step: 4Ladel into hot, sterilised canning jars. Wipe the rims clean of any drips and place lid and ring on. Turn sealed jars upside down for 10 minutes. Turn over and listen for the pop that means the jars have sealed. Store unsealed jars in the fridge.
