Introduction
	I'm not sure where the recipe for these came from, it was hand written on a scrap of paper in my scrap book. They are really crunchy and very simple to make.
Ingredients
	4 Cups Cornflakes Cereal 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour 2 Egg Whites 2 Tablespoons Water 1 8 ounce Package of Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Step: 1	Pre-heat oven to 200 C (400 F), lightly grease a medium baking pan lined with foil.
Step: 2	In a large, shallow bowl, crush the Cornflakes to 1 cup. Mix together the Cornflakes, Oregano and Garlic Salt. PLace the flour in a small bowl, and in another small bowl thoroughly beat the egg whites and water.
Step: 3	Cut the Mozzarella cheese into approximately 12 sticks. Dip the cheese sticks in the flour, then the egg mixture then the cereal mixture. Repeat with all cheese pieces, ensuring an even coverage. Arrange the cheese sticks on the baking pan and allow to set for 30 minutes.
Step: 4	Bake in the pre-heated oven for 8 minutes and then cool completely on a wire rack.
