Feta and Olive Meatballs

Introduction
These are really easy to make, and would go great with a spaghetti sauce.
Ingredients

1 Pound Ground Lamb
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta_Cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped Green_Olives
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Italian_Seasoning

Directions
Step: 1Pre-heat the grill (broiler) in the cooker/oven.
Step: 2In a large bowl mix together the ground lamb, parsley, onion, feta, olives, egs and Italian seasoning.
Step: 3Shape into 16 meatballs and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
Step: 4cook under the grill (broiler) until browned, then turn over and brown the other side. Serve.
