Introduction
I had left over ingredients from other things I had cooked over the last few days and another Sloppy Joes recipe I had recently made gave me the idea to make this. It's lovely and you'd never guess it was made with turkey.
Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cups Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
6 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/3 Cup Brandy
1/2 Cup Whole Pitted Green_Olives
1/2 Cup Dry Mushroom, Garlic and Thyme Stuffing Mix (or other stuffing mix of your choice)
1/3 Cup Brown_Sauce *
3/4 Cup Water
1/8 Cup Dry (uncooked) Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tablespoons English Mustard

* If brown sauce isn't available in your area, use a mixture of half ketchup and half  A1 steak sauce.

Directions
Step: 1Brown the turkey in the olive oil and then drain the liquid off.
Step: 2Add all other ingredients in any order, and cook for approximately 30 minutes, or until mixture has thickened.
Step: 3Serve over a split bread roll.
