Introduction

This recipe comes from my old forum on Guido's site, courtesy of Karl. Karl turned the original Yummyfood over to me and ultimately gave it to me. Thanks Karl!
This is a nice moist bread and the apple adds a nice texture contrast.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Butter , softened
1/2 cup Brown_Sugar
1/2 cup Granulated_Sugar
2 Large Eggs
3 tbsp Sour_Cream
1 Large Banana , mashed
1 tsp Vanilla_extract
2 cups all_purpose_flour
1 tsp Baking_Powder
1 tsp Baking_Soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Large Apples, cored and chopped

Directions
Step: 1

Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Cream butter and sugars, and beat in eggs. Stir in sour cream, banana and
vanilla.
In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
Gradually add to butter mixture. Gently stir in apples. Spoon
into greased bread pan and bake 1 hour.

For nut lovers, stir in 1/2c chopped walnuts with apples.

WOW!
I did not know this was you (but probably should have figured!) I made 4 of these to take to the Reuinion with us and they disappeared 15 minutes after Ralph set them on the table-I still have yet to make him another as he got none in Georgia!
