Baked Green Beans

Introduction
This is one of my favorite sidedishes. I make this also with frozen green beans, and the result is great.
Ingredients
1 lb green_beans
1 cup bechamel sauce  (see recipe)
6 oz  taleggio cheese  (* see note)
2 Tbsp Parmigiano_Reggiano
Butter
Directions
Step: 1Preheat oven 180°C / 350°F
Wash and clean  green beans.
Cook in salted water for 20 minutes.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step: 2Grease a baking pan with butter, arrange green beans, pour over the bechamel.
Finely dice  taleggio, and sprinkle over the bechamel along with Parmigiano Reggiano.
Bake for 15 minutes.


Note: It may be difficult to find Taleggio: you can substitute with fontina or for a more delicate flavor  with  emmenthal.
