Introduction
	I brought a pack of cranberries this morning because they were reduced, but had no idea what to use them in! I decided that the best thing at this time of year would be cranberry sauce. This is my version of the seasonal condiment.
Ingredients
	3 Cups Cranberries 2 Cups Sugar 1/4 Cup Water
Directions
Step: 1	Add all ingredients into a saucepan and boil until the sugar has melted and the cranberries have popped and are mushy.
Step: 2	Pour into sterilised jars and close the lids.
Step: 3	Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
