Introduction
	I fancied a huge sandwich for my lunch today, and this is what I came up with. It's great!
Ingredients
	1 Piece Sourdough Bread 1 Tablespoon Butter 2 Tablespoons Boursin (Garlic and Herb Cheese Spread) 4 Slices Wafer Thin Turkey Ham 2 Slices Leerdammer Cheese 1/2 of a tomato , sliced 1 Tablespoon Salad Cream (or other creamy salad dressing)
Directions
Step: 1	Split the bread and spread the butter on both pieces. Add the other ingredients and top with the salad cream. Place the second piece of bread on top and serve.
