Introduction
At university in my first year, i lived with an Italian girl called Veronica. She showed me how to make this, its really quick and easy.
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) Package Uncooked Linguine
4 Slices Bacon , Cut In Half
2 Cups Baby Spinach , Rinsed and Dried
Cloves Garlic , Minced
1/4 Cup Cubed Brie Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Step: 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add linguine, and cook until al dente, according to package directions, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, and set aside
Step: 2Fry bacon in a large pan over medium heat until crisp. With a slotted spoon, remove bacon to paper towels. Stir garlic into bacon fat, and cook until garlic is slightly browned, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add spinach, and toss until spinach begins to wilt, about 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat, stir in pasta, and toss. Sprinkle with Brie and drizzle with olive oil to taste, then toss until cheese is melted
