She showed me how to make this, its really quick and easy. | | Ingredients | | 1 (8 ounce) Package Uncooked Linguine 4 Slices Bacon , Cut In Half 2 Cups Baby Spinach , Rinsed and Dried 3 Cloves Garlic , Minced 1/4 Cup Cubed Brie Cheese Extra Virgin Olive Oil | | Directions | | Step: 1 | Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add linguine, and cook until al dente, according to package directions, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, and set aside | | Step: 2 | Fry bacon in a large pan over medium heat until crisp. With a slotted spoon, remove bacon to paper towels. Stir garlic into bacon fat, and cook until garlic is slightly browned, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add spinach, and toss until spinach begins to wilt, about 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat, stir in pasta, and toss. Sprinkle with Brie and drizzle with olive oil to taste, then toss until cheese is melted |
