Introduction
This is a good way to use up left over rice without it tasting bland and like it's been left over from a couple of days ago!

Kate's Note: Paula I think this would be a wonderful main dish meal by adding more ground meat! I will be making this very soon, my daughter loves rice dishes.
Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
2 Tablespoons Ground Pork/Chicken/Turkey/Lamb
4 Cups Cooked White Rice
1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Directions
Step: 1Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and ground meat. Cook and stir until the garlic is golden brown. This is the color you want for maximum flavor, do not allow it to burn, or the flavor will be bitter.
Step: 2Stir in the cooked white rice, and season with garlic powder and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through and well blended, about 3 minutes. Serve.
