Introduction
Serve this easy and tangy cheese ball with toasted pita chips at your next party or gathering.
Ingredients

1 8 oz package cream_cheese
3 Tbsps plain yogurt (greek style if you can find it)
2 Tbsps extra_virgin_olive_oil
1 pound Feta_cheese
1 cup kalamata or gaeta_olives , pitted and chopped fine
1/2 tsp coarse grind black_pepper
1/2 cup minced parsley
2 Tbsps minced fresh mint
1 small can chopped black_olives (optional, you can roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts, basil , parsley etc)
Directions
Step: 1Have all cheeses at room temperature before starting.
In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade,or with an electric mixer, blend cream cheese, yogurt, olive oil and feta cheese until smooth .Move mixture to a bowl . Add pepper, parsley and 1 cup olives and mint. and mix well with a spoon. Taste mixture and add a pinch of salt if needed.
Step: 2Place mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and gather into a ball, smoothing the wrap over the mixture.Place the ball into a small bowl to help it hold it's shape. Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours
Roll the chilled cheese ball  on the counter until it is nice and round.
Step: 3Empty the can of chopped olives onto a plate and break up, spreading out  to make a layer. Unwrap  the cheese ball and roll in the olives until well coated. Press the olives into the  cheese ball so that they stick. Refrigerate until serving time.
