Ingredients
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cardamom seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp dried pimento
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground ginger
3 Tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp sea_salt .
Directions
Step: 1Toast all the seeds in a frying pan for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
(You may want to open the window, because it will create smoke that will make you choke..)
Step: 2In a bowl combine toasted seeds with remaining ingredients. Process mixture, in small batches if necessary, with a spice grinder or coffee mill and reduce to a powder.
Store in an airthigh glass container in a cool place.
