Introduction
This sauce is delicious over very thiny sliced beef filets, or even with bresaola.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp minced shallots
2 Tbsp gherkins , minced
2 Tbsp capers , minced
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 anchovy fillets, minced
6 Tbsp parsley , finely chopped
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Sea_salt and black_pepper
Directions
Step: 1Mix all vegetables in a bowl. Add the anchovy, vinegar and the oil. Work slowly, adding a little oil at a time until the consistency is thick but light. Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Cover the thinly sliced raw meat (or bresaola) with the sauce but do not drown. Serve.
