Introduction
Kalluun in the Somalian language means 'fish'.
This is an easy recipe for tuna fillets, but you can use a more delicate swordfish or grouper. I garnished the fish with chopped garlic shoots to add a bit of color. I think minced cilantro would be wonderful as a garnish.
Ingredients
1 lb  fresh tuna fillets (4- 4 ounce fillets)
2 potatos
1 white_onion
1 tsp ground cumin
Sea_salt to taste
1 Tbsp extra_virgin_olive_oil
1/4 cup water
Directions
Step: 1Peel and thinly slice onion and potatoes.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Saute tuna fillets in the oil for few minutes on both sides.
Add sliced onion and potatoes, cumin, and a pinch of salt.
Stir well  taking care to not break the filltes.
Add water and cook, covered, on medium/low heat for 30 minutes.

I made this dish tonight to test it and get pictures. I made a half recipe, using 2 small ahi tuna filets. It went together so fast and is delicious!
