Introduction
I tried to make hummus, and thought I bought the wrong beans. Kate set me straight that it is made with chick peas rather than cannellini beans. It turned out really good, and not too garlicky. Great with sliced raw vegetables.
Ingredients

1 Cup Drained Tinned Chick Peas (reserve the juice)
3 Cloves_Garlic
4 Crimini_Mushrooms

Directions
Step: 1Place chick peas, garlic and mushrooms in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add a little of the reserved juice if a smoother consistancy is desired. Serve.
