Roasted Vegetable Soup

Introduction
I had a load of left over tomatoes and wondered what to do with them. This soup is delicious and creamy.
Ingredients
1 5oz Pot of Sour Cream
4 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
2 Celery Sticks, Left Whole
4 Garlic Cloves , Whole and Unpeeled
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Step: 1Put all vegetables and garlic into a roasting dish and drizzle the olive oil over the top. Roast for 1 hour on 200° C / 390° F , then leave to cool.
Step: 2Pour vegetables and juices into a blender container and blend  until smooth Pour into a saucepan. Add the sour cream and cook over a medium heat until warmed through. Serve.
