Introduction
Years ago while watching a food show about Pennsylavania Dutch cooking, the cook prepared a ham loaf. I had a ham in the fridge that I had smoked, along with a pound of ground turkey. I winged it as I hadn't written down the exact ingredients she used. It came out fantastic. I've tweaked my recipe a bit over the years. Depending on how salty your ham is, you may or may not need to add any extra salt.
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease a large loaf pan.

1 pound ground turkey
2 cups cooked ham , ground
4 stalks celery , diced
1 medium onion , diced
1/4 cup minced flat leaf parsley
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 cup soft white bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp poultry_seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp caraway_seed
1 tsp dried_mustard

For Glaze
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup yellow_mustard

Mix together in a bowl.
Directions
Step: 1In a large bowl beat the egg. Add the bread crumbs and milk and mix well. Add the ham and ground turkey, vedgetables and seasonings.
Step: 2Mix well (I use my hands for this or at times my Kitchen Aid mixer)
Pack the meat mixture into the greased loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Spread some of the glaze over the loaf and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
