Introduction
I love to serve these as appetizers because I can make so many so easily, and they don't take up a lot of room in the fridge. Slice the rolls just before serving. Everyone loves these.
Ingredients
2 sheets of crackerbread (look for the square one's)
1 8 oz container marscapone_cheese
About 10 to 12  thin slices prosciutto
1/2 cup shredded Asiago_cheese , divided
1 medium sized bunch of basil
Directions
Step: 1With each bread, moisten as directed on package. Spread marscapone over one side of each bread. Sprinkle Asiago over marscapone. Cover cheese with  a single layer of prosciutto slices. Lay basil leaves over prosciutto.

Step: 2Roll breads up according to the diagram on the package. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing. To slice, use a very sharp knife, dip knife in warm water between slices.
