Introduction
	My slow cooker finally arrived this week, so I had to use it pretty much straight away!!! It's absolutely huge, and im sure it will easily feed 10 people when full! My daughter says this is "dee-lipshus!"
Ingredients
	4 Chicken Breasts, Left Whole 4 Cloves of Garlic , Peeled but left whole 1 x 470g ( 8 oz jar) Jar of Mushroom Pasta Sauce (cream style not red) 1 x 250ml (1 cup ) White Wine - I used Cotes Du Rhone 1 x 250g (1/2 pound) Chestnut Mushrooms,(crimini) Halved 1 x 100g ( 4 oz) Bag of fresh Spinach , washed and roughly chopped
Directions
Step: 1	Place all ingredients into the slow cooker, cover with the lid and cook for 10 hours.Serve with plain rice or garlic mashed potatoes.
