Good with Peas and Broccoli | | Directions | | Step: 1 | Pre heat oven to 220 C / 425 F. RInse the celery, slice thinly and place in a bowl with the corn, mayonnaise and ground corriander. Dice the chicken and add to the bowl. Mix well. | | Step: 2 | Spoon into a shallow ovenproof dish and level the surface. | | Step: 3 | Roughly crush the crisps and sprinkle over the chicken. Top with the grated cheese and cook for 10 minutes or until bubbly. |
