Introduction
	Guido and I love margaritas but find the commercial mixes lacking. I freeze this in quart sized jars. Guido and I found limes in Italy and made some. It seems they don't sell Sweet and Sour mix there.
Ingredients
	2 quarts water 4 cups granulated_sugar 2 cups fresh lime juice Zest of 4 limes
Directions
Step: 1	Make your simple syrup by combining sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a full boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add lime zest and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool mixture to room temperature and add lime juice.Strain mixture and pour into quart jars and freeze for later use or refrigerate if it's to be used quickly.
