Introduction
Trying to make hummus, I came up with this idea. It will definitely keep the vampires away!
Ingredients

1 Red Bell_Pepper
8 Cloves_Garlic
1 300g tin (10 1/2 oz) Cannellini Beans
1 Tablespoon Extra_Virgin_Olive_Oil
Sea_salt to taste

Directions
Step: 1Chop the pepper, and peel the garlic. Add to an oven dish with the oil and roast on 200 C ( 375 F) for 30 minutes. Leave to cool.
Step: 2

Drain the beans in a sieve but do not rinse. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste. Good served with crudite or bread sticks.
