Introduction
I first tasted hibiscus tea at a Mexican restaurant. The beverage was suggested by my server. When he served the brilliant red tea and I took my first sip, I was hooked. Hibiscus tea is said to have many health benifits.
Ingredients
6 cups cold water
3 heaping tablespoons dried hibiscus blossoms ( I get mine in bulk at a local market)
1 heaping tablespoon green_tea leaves
1 orange, scrubbed and sliced, unpeeled
3/4 cup granulated_sugar (or to taste)
1/2 of a small cinnamon stick
Directions
Step: 1Bring the water to a boil in a two quart saucepan. Remove from the heat and add teas , half of the orange slices and cinnamon stick. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Strain the hot  tea into a pitcher filled  with ice.Add the remaining orange slices.
Step: 2Fill a glass pitcher half full of ice. Strain the tea mixture through a fine mesh strainer into the picture. Add the remaining orange slices.
