It's very simple, but with a great taste. | | Ingredients | | 3/4 lb bucatini_pasta 3 white_onions 2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp extra_virgin_olive_oil Fresh ground black pepper 4 full Tbsp grated parmigiano_reggiano | | Directions | | Step: 1 | Bring 4 quarts salted water to a boil. Meanwhile clean and slice the onions. In a large frying pan, saute onions on low heat with the oil, until onions are translucent. They must not turn dark color. In another saucepan, melt butter, add parmigiano reggiano and season with ground pepper and stir briefly. Remove from heat. | | Step: 2 | When done, drain bucatini pasta and put into a serving bowl. Add the butter and parmigiano sauce, the onions, toss well and serve. |
