Introduction

I like egg mayonnaise, but it can get a bit boring if you make it the same way all the time. I came up with this, slightly different idea, and it was great :-)

Ingredients

1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Light Mayonnaise
1/2 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
Salt to taste

Directions
Step: 1Boil the egg for 10 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.
Step: 2Peel the egg, and place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Step: 3

Chop the egg into the other ingredients with a fork or grate the egg,and mix well. Serve immediately.

This sounds like what we call egg salad in the states. We use it as a salad filling, so I also put it under sandwiches. Is that how you eat it in England?
