Introduction
Another easy recipe for sea bass. The fresh herbs give this dish a  great taste and a wonderful aroma. Dried herbs just won't do in this delicate dish.

Ingredients
1 whole sea bass , 3 lbs
1 clove_garlic
3 sprigs of rosemary
6 sprigs of thyme
4 sprigs of marjoram
1 small bundle of parsley
2 Tbsp of dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup extra_virgin_olive_oil
1 Tbsp lemon  juice
Directions
Step: 1Preheat oven to 375 °F / 200°C
Scale, clean and rinse the fish.
Coarsely mince all the herbs, finely mince the garlic and distribute into the cavity and gills (if head is left on).
Step: 2Arrange the fish in an oval heat-resistant pan greased with a little oil; Lightly salt the fish and sprinkle the bread crumbs over the outside of the fish. Drizzle  the rest of the oil beaten with the lemon juice over the fish.
Bake for 30  to 40minutes.
