Yoghurt Marinade

Introduction
This marinade is great for  grilled  lamb  but will be also good  with pork. As with most Italian recipes, you  see very few ingredients.  Our goal  is to enhance the meat flavor, and not to cover it with spices.
 
Ingredients
2 cups plain yoghurt
1 onion
Sea salt
Freshly ground black epper
Directions
Step: 1Puree onion in a blender, add yoghurt, season with salt and pepper.
Place desired cut of meat in marinade and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Step: 2Remove meat from the marinade and wipe off any excess, with a knife or paper towel. Discard leftover marinade.
Step: 3Grill meats over coals as desired.
